Wild Pointe Ranch:

Kern County, CA

Wild Pointe Ranch is a planned 9-hole executive golf course surrounded by 223 homes and a neighborhood commercial center. The plan includes a multi-use park/retention basin; a clubhouse with a restaurant facility that will accommodate community events and walking trails throughout the property that connect with existing city wide trail system.

A mix of residential product types (smaller homes on the golf course, midsized homes, and homes located on 10,000 square foot lots) for a wide range of income levels and buyers. It may also contain cluster housing for senior citizens. The development will incorporate green initiatives such as: reclaimed water for greens, fairways, and drought tolerant landscaping. The homes will feature green building practices, products, and energy efficient appliances. Each entrance to the development will have views to the golf course and will have welcoming landscaped medians and gateways.

Halawa View Apartments:

Aiea, Oahu, Hawaii

Halawa View is a 121 unit affordable housing property located at 99-009 Kalaloa Street and overlooks the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor. This 14 story property was building in the early 1970’s. The project consists of one high rise and two mid-rise buildings and contains 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. Pacific Development Group in partnership with Hawaiian Community Development Board has completed an extensive renovation/rehabilitation program while retaining its affordability for the existing residents. Through a very hands on design phase with the architect, energy consultants, contractor, owner, lender, and HUD; the project team earned LEED Gold and Silver Certification through the renovations of the three residential buildings on site. Utilizing less energy and water, LEED-certified spaces save money, reduce carbon emissions and contribute to a healthier environment for residents. The renovation program consisted of new bathrooms and kitchens as well as floor coverings, low VOC paints and sealers, efficient light fixtures, energy efficient appliances, water saving faucets, recycled materials, photovoltaic systems, exterior modernization and native drought tolerant landscaping upgrades. The renovation was the recipient of the BIA-Hawaii Award of Merit for Commercial Remodeling for projects more than 15,001 square feet. Halawa also claims the record for largest portrait in the State of Hawaii for the 14 story depiction of Hina that was hand painted by co-lead director of POW! WOW! Kamea Hadar.

Kewalo Apartments:

Honolulu, Hawaii

Kewalo is a 38 unit affordable housing property located at 1407 Kewalo Street in Honolulu. The property was built in the mid 1960’s. The project consists of two mid-rise buildings and contains all 2 bedroom units. Pacific Development Group in partnership with Hawaiian Community Development Board has completed an extensive renovation/rehabilitation program while retaining its affordability for the existing residents. With the same design and construction team as Halawa View, Kewalo also earned LEED Silver Certification for the completed renovations. Kewalo is the recipient of the BIA-Hawaii 31st annual Renaissance Award of Merit for Hawaii BuiltGreen and was awarded a 2016 NAIOP Renovation Award.


Los Olivos Residences:

Sacramento County, CA

Los Olivos, Originally built in 1977, was acquired in April 2015 by PDG in partnership with Alliance Property Group, Community Revitalization & Development Corporation, and Hunt Capital Partners. The team completed renovations in August 2016. The 68 unit property is conveniently located just off of highway 50 and walking distance from Light Rail serving the greater Sacramento area. The property offers 2 and 4 Bedroom Flats along with 3 Bedroom Town Homes. These newly renovated Apartment Homes offer Vinyl Plank Flooring throughout the home with comfortable carpet in all Bedrooms. Stone Counter Tops in both the Kitchen and Bathroom(s). Hale Makana O Maili:

This fully entitled 52-unit multi-family affordable rental housing development will start construction in early 2019 on a 1.95 acre portion of a 2.78 acre parcel in the ili of Maili, in the ahupua‘a of Lualualei, in the district of Waiʻanae on the island of Oʻahu. The project is being developed in partnership with Hawaiian Community Development Board, 3 Leaf Holdings, and Hunt Capital and will consist of 6 buildings, a Community Park & Trellised Picnic Area, Community Garden, Library & Computer Center, Community Lounge and Management Office. This project will be reserved for Oahu individuals and families earning 60% of the area median income and below. The project is designed to achieve LEED for Homes Silver Certification.

Sierra Garden:

South Lake Tahoe, CA

The Sierra Garden Apartments, built in 1974, consists of 76 one and two bedroom units in 13 two- story buildings nestled amongst 7 acres of majestic pine trees. A partnership that consists of PDG, Saint Joseph Community Land Trust, Hunt Capital Partners, and Community Revitalization & Development Corporation; purchased the property in August 2017 and completed an extensive rehabilitation program in October 2018. Affordability for existing and future residents was preserved for years to come. The development team worked in partnership with TRPA and the City of South Lake Tahoe to implement a variety of energy efficient and environmentally-sensitive measures throughout the interiors, exteriors, and landscape to create a healthier environment for residents and community. The outdated and inefficient central boiler system was replaced with high-efficiency dedicated hot water heaters for each building.   In addition to these renovations, 8 units were converted to ADA-accessible units and a new two-story community building with a resident computer lab was constructed. New landscaping, including new outdoor barbecue areas were also installed.
