Pacific Development Group, Inc. (PDG) is a privately held real estate development firm based in California, originally founded as Professional Apartment Management, Inc. (PAM) by J.D. Michael in 1969. Rebranded as PDG in 2009, the company remains family owned and operated, now proudly led by its third generation.
Together, PDG and PAM have completed several hundred real estate transactions across the Pacific Western United States, including the development of over 4,200 affordable housing units, creation of hundreds of single-family home lots, and the property management of a 5,000-unit affordable multifamily portfolio.
